JAPAN'S BORDERS TO OPEN OCTOBER 11, 2022!

Finally! For everyone who has been pent-up, yearning for their fix of Niseko's legendary powder snow, the moment has come to make it a reality!

Japan's Prime Minister Kishida announced that visa free entry into Japan will start from October 11, 2022, and also that they will abolish the cap on entry numbers. No longer will you need to book through a travel agent or provide detailed travel itineraries.

"Tourists will need to be vaccinated three times or submit a negative COVID-19 test result ahead of their trip", Kyodo News has reported (via the Japan Times). For most people, this means they can finally get into Japan, to enjoy the epic skiing and snowboarding, and all of the that delectable food!
