Petition Kutchan Town for Better Town Planning Rules

Regarding the changes to the Kutchan Town Planning rules, we have concurrently submitted the petition to Kutchan City Council, who have the power to force more changes. We will be meeting them in the following weeks, and would like to double the number of names on the petition beforehand.

Currently we have 664 names, representing a very broad group of people with similar concerns. The names include local residents (Japanese and foreign), local businesses, businesses from outside the immediate area who do business in Kutchan, property owners, and tourists.
