Full-time Maintenance Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate property maintenance & repairs with construction contractors
- Preventative maintenance
- Property inspections
- Coordinate housekeeping & grounds maintenance
- Management of vendors & contractors
- Assist Guest Services Team
Key Qualities
- Bilingual in English and Japanese, with strong communication skills, with the ability to report and liaise effectively with others
- Experience in property management or construction is preferred
- Problem solver
- Able to multitask and manage several duties at the same time
- Team player who enjoys working and communicating with co-workers
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Comfortable driving in snow
Working Hours
40 hours per week, 8 Hours per day, 2 days off per week, paid overtime.
Remuneration
¥260,000~290,000 month depending on skills and experience
One year contract position, with the option of subsequently becoming full time staff.
Holidays: Approximately 120 days off per year, 10 days paid vacation per year after 6 months of employment.
Staff Accommodation : Hirafu or Kabayama
Full set of social insurance enrollment according to the law
