The land is reasonably flat, and has enough size to build either one larger structure, or alternatively two structures if you were to subdivide the land into two lots of more than 100 tsubo each. The large trees to the rear will provide year round scenery.

The land is a 2 minute drive in Hirafu Village, and a 15 minute walk on wide sidewalks. In summer, it is a nice stroll down to the Shiribetsu River, about 15 minutes walk down in the valley.
