Located at the end of a quiet road, the site is relatively flat and easy for building.  From the boundary it drops down into a wild mountain stream, and views from the future chalet will capture the serene branches and leaves of the mature Hokkaido trees.  From the land it is less than 5 minutes drive up to the Moiwa lifts, and walking distance to restaurants and more onsen at Hotel Kanro no Mori and also The Grand Hotel.
