Located on a quieter side street, there is little traffic on the road, making it an wonderful place for folks who want a quiet place for a holiday home.  It is also safe for families with young kids who will be playing in the yard.  If you want to get a sense of the land before making a purchase, we suggest staying at Yuzuki Chalet immediately next door. 

Most of the neighbouring houses are either newer, or have been renovated, giving this area a more established feel.  With completed houses next door, it is also easier to plan views from your new house.  

The Hirafu Free Shuttle Bus has stop #3 just a few minutes easy walk away.  Also within walking distance are popular local restaurants, including Ebisutei, Rin, and Koharuya.
