Located on a town road with sealed asphalt, from the land it is just a few moments drive to central Rusutsu and also the East Mountain. The land itself slopes most gently at the top, where access is easiest from the road just above the site. Heavily treed with coniferous pine trees, it has a forest feel, which will also help maintain privacy between future houses. Currently the road is not snow cleared in winter, but Rusutsu Town says they are open to discussing snow clearing, depending on the number of houses to go in.
