Built in 2001, this house has been well maintained with some recent improvements. The living and dining area has high wood ceilings, with generous proportions. From the floor level windows there are views in multiple directions across the nearby fields to the mountains in the distance. It has two traditional Japanese tatami rooms (washitsu), beautifully detailed to a level rarely seen in Hokkaido houses.

The land is large and flat, and ideal for someone looking to do a hobby farm or serious gardening. The 360 degree views are very wide, and even incorporate the peak of Mt. Yotei in the distance. One can imagine cross country skiing or snow shoeing right out the front door.

In addition to the house, there is a 2 car garage and shed, so plenty of space to store snow mobiles and other toys. Heating and hot water are kerosene, with a gas cooktop.

Nearby you can relax in the natural onsen hot springs after a few rounds of golf.
