Located on a flat corner lot, the cottage is surrounded by large birch trees.  St. Moritz is very quiet, and yet only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk into Hirafu village centre.  

On the top floor are the living, kitchen, powder room, and dining rooms, with great Mt. Yotei views from the dining.  On the lower floor is the master bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and two bedrooms.  A carport will keep the car free of snow for a quick launch towards the early morning lifts.  

Renovations within the last 5 years include roof repairs, tiling of the bathroom and shower, interior and exterior paint, landscaping, gravel parking area, and repair of the road drainage along the road.
