Keith Rodgers

Originally from the mountains of British Columbia, Canada, Keith Rodgers first moved to Niseko in 1996 to continue exploring his life-long passions for mountains and adventure. A full time property professional in Niseko since 2006, Keith brings a wealth of experience to any kind of real estate transaction, project, or development. As a year round resident of Niseko, Keith is passionate about the area, and he approaches every design and project as a critical building block for the area.

Taiki nakamura

Taiki Nakamura

At the ripe age of 17 years, Taiki started his global education by travelling overland from the Atlantic back to Japan. During his many years overseas, including long stays in Australia and New Zealand, Taiki became a passionate photographer. A fan of big mountains and waves, he has made Niseko his base camp for 20 years. As Taiga's real estate licensee, Taiki researches each property and prepares the sales contract and important matters document.

Tetsuya okazaki

Tetsuya Okazaki

An alumni of the University of Utah Graduate School of Architecture, Tetsuya lived and practiced architecture in the USA for 10 years, specializing in mixed-use, multifamily housing. In 2012, he moved to the Niseko area and started a new venture in organic farming. Passionate about building design and with a thorough understanding of the International Building Code, he brings another layer of expertise to TAIGA's project management division. Tetsuya is a LEED accredited professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). He also brings fresh vegetables to raise Office spirits.

Mai suzuki

Mai Suzuki

A love of learning and enhancing her skills inspired Mai, over an eight year span, to live in Canada, New Zealand, Australian, Taiwan, and Bali. While living in Whistler, Canada, she heard about Niseko's epic snow and international community, and made the move to become a Niseko local. Mai loves travelling, snowboarding, yoga, hiking, and botanical aroma candle design. At TAIGA, Mai brings a positive and professional attitude to our project management team, helping with interior design and interior fit out and finishings.

Chiyono ikeda

Chiyono Ikeda

A Finance graduate from the University of Colorado, Chiyono is fluently bilingual in English and Japanese, which is helpful for her role as Guest Services Manager. Since 2010, she has been working in service and hospitality, and brings a wealth of knowledge to Taiga’s accommodation team. Chiyono loves the outdoors, especially rambling hikes in the mountains.

Tomomi Kato

A Hokkaido local, Tomomi is Taiga’s finance manager. She makes a myriad of complex tasks including overseas remittances and project accounting look easy, and supports the efforts of the entire team.
